Another nice night ride around the Summit trail with Dave, Simon, Jimmy, Joe and Martyn. managed to go over the handlebars on the first slippery, muddy descent but no damage done.

Felt good on the climbs too and pushed quite hard to keep up!

Lets hope my GPS enabled Heart Rate monitor arrives soon so that I can see just how hard I'm trying... More toys!!
